No Return & No Refund Policy
Looms & Cuts follows a strict no return and no refund policy.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded for reasons including but not limited to:
Change of mind after purchase
Personal taste or preference
Color differences due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution
Minor irregularities in weave, print, or texture, which are natural characteristics of handcrafted fabrics.
Damaged / Defective Product Policy
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
An unboxing video is mandatory and must clearly show:
The sealed package before opening
The complete unboxing process without cuts or edits
The damage or defect on the product
Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be considered.
Replacement Terms
Once the claim is verified and approved, we will offer a replacement of the same product, subject to availability.
If the same product is unavailable, store credit of equivalent value may be provided.
Store credit, if issued, will be valid for a limited period and must be used in a single purchase.
No monetary refunds (cash, bank transfer, UPI, or wallet refunds) will be provided under any circumstances.
Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
Looms & Cuts is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once an order is dispatched, changes to the shipping address or delivery instructions cannot be accommodated.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Customers are requested to verify product details, pricing, and shipping information before placing an order.
